Supply and drain rough-in for kitchens, bathrooms, basements and additions — set out from your drawings, pressure tested, and signed off before anything gets closed up. We take out the plumbing permit and meet the inspector ourselves.

Repeat contractors go onto the same agreement our buildings are on. It is the arrangement that makes a small crew worth having on your list rather than one you call when the regular trade is busy.

For contractors with ongoing work across sites: billed from arrival, no trip charge per site, priority dispatch when your schedule is tight.
Travel and the first hour, then $110/hr. For a single visit to a site we have not been to before.
Hourly rates are per technician. If a stage needs a second person, that is flagged before we start rather than appearing on the invoice.
Where a scope genuinely cannot be fixed in advance — opening a wall in an older property, an unknown line under a slab — we price that part hourly and say so up front, instead of padding the fixed quote to cover a risk that may never materialise. Send us the drawings and you get a number back.

Yes. Renovation rough-in and finish, kitchen and bathroom fit-outs, fixture sets, drain and supply relocation, and underground work including excavation. We have been doing renovation plumbing across the GTA since 2013, most of it as the plumbing trade on someone else’s build.
A fixed price from your drawings, or from a walkthrough if the drawings are not final — not an hourly estimate that grows. The assessment is free. Where a scope genuinely cannot be fixed in advance (opening a wall on a 1950s house), we say so up front and price that part hourly at $110/hr rather than padding the quote.
Yes, and this is the part we take seriously. We are a small family crew and we do not book a window we cannot show up for. If something on our side slips, you hear it from us with notice, not on the morning the drywallers are standing there.
We do. We take out the plumbing permit ourselves and we are on site for the inspection — you don’t have to build your schedule around chasing a trade for it. If your project is set up so the permit sits with someone else, tell us and we work to that arrangement instead.
Yes. Certificate of Insurance and a current WSIB clearance certificate go to your office before we are on site, and we complete whatever vendor onboarding you use. Ankor Ltd. is an Ontario corporation, OCN 1000623750.
